సహజమార్గ పద్ధతి యొక్క ప్రత్యేకత ప్రాణాహుతి అని చెప్పారు మీరు. అసలు ప్రాణాహుతి అంటే ఏమిటి, అదెలా పని చేస్తుంది?
మీరు పరీక్షించడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉంటే అద్భుతాలు చేస్తుంది. మనిషిలో పరివర్తన తీసుకురావడానికి వినియోగించే దివ్య శక్తి. ప్రాణాహుతి ఫలితంగా వచ్చేదే పరివర్తన.

Why do you want more members in the Mission? If you have six or seven persons, is it not enough?

ఇలా చూడు, నేను అనంతం నుండి వచ్చాను, నాలో అనంతం యొక్క బీజం ఉంది. నేను చేసే ప్రతీ పనిలో కూడా ఆ అనంతం నాతో ఉండాలనుకోవడం సహజమే కదా. అలాగే అందరికీ ఉండాలనుకుంటున్నాను. చివరికి ఒక దొంగ కూడా తనతోపాటు ఇంకా ఎక్కువ మంది ఉండాలనుకుంటాడు. ఇది కూడా ఆ ఆనంతత్వం యొక్క ప్రభావమే కానీ తప్పుడు దిశలో ఉందంతే. నేను మీకు మరో విషయం చెప్తున్నాను - భగవంతుని శక్తిని పాక్షికంగా వాడకూడదు, సంపూర్ణంగా వినియోగించాలి. కాను 'నేను' అనేది ఉన్నప్పుడు సంపూర్ణ శక్తి రాదు; కాబట్టి 'నేను' అనేదాన్ని విడిచిపెట్టేసినట్లయితే సంపూర్ణ శక్తి అందుబాటులోకి వస్తుంది. కానీ ఇది నియంత్రణలో ఉండాలి; చాలా అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలి.

Why should we meditate on the heart? For me I find it is better if I meditate on the head.
Well, it is for you to decide. In the system developed by my Master, we meditate on light in the heart. It is a mere supposition. This is the method. For us it is the only method.
హృదయం మీదే ఎందుకు ధ్యానించాలి? నాకు తలపై చేస్తేనే బాగుంటుంది.
అది మీరు నిర్ణయించుకోవాలి. నా గురుదేవులు రూపొందించిన పద్ధతి ప్రకారం హృదయంలో ఉన్న వెలుగుపై ధ్యానిస్తామ. అది కేవలం ఒక భావన మాత్రమే. ఇదీ పద్ధతి. మాకు మాత్రం ఇదే అనుసరించవలసిన పద్ధతి.

Is Samadhi necessary for evolution?
I am telling you one thing. Everyone is hankering after Samadhi. But it is not at all necessary for evolution. I mean spiritual evolution. For evolution it is not at all necessary. I always speak on some basis.
Samadhi if it comes by itself, it is not bad. But there must be divine consciousness and with the help of that you should proceed. If divine consciousness is not there, then it is nothing.
సమాధి స్థితి ఆత్మవికాసానికి అవసరమా?
నేనొక మాట చెప్తున్నాను. అందరూ సమాధి కోసం వెంపర్లాడుతున్నారు. కానీ అది వికాసానికి అసలు అవసరమే లేదు. నా ఉద్దేశ్యం ఆధ్యాత్మిక వికాసానికి అవసరమే లేదు. నేనెప్పుడూ ఒక ఆధారంతోనే మాట్లాడతాను.
సమాధి తనంతతానుగా వస్తే మంచిదే, చెడ్డదేమీ కాదు. కానీ దివ్య చేతనం ఉండాలి.
దాని సహాయంతో మీరు ముందుకు సాగాలి. దివ్యచేతనం లేకపోయినట్లయితే, అందులో ఏమీ లేనట్లే.
