 సందేశమాలిక 10 - భగవంతుని కలిగి ఉండటమే అసలు, ఆధ్యాత్మికతలోని విషయం

Having God is the real subject of spirituality

There are so many among us who have the idea that simply knowing of God is enough. This is their wrong conception. Having God is the real subject of spirituality.

If we proceed methodically, experiences are there and transformation takes its root from the very first day.Of course, there are experiences in the beginning which are mixed up with imaginary ideas, but as we proceed on we come to that sort of experience in the end which requires no other experience.

In our Sahaj Marg system a teacher takes out the hurdles in the progress of the seeker and side by side, imparts the divine effulgence in him, which if the abhyassi does it himself takes hundreds of years and often fails to clean his system. We start with meditation upon the heart, taking the object of meditation as subtle as possible.

I earnestly pray that all of us, leaving our prejudices, may come to the path of righteousness which promises Liberation.

కేవలం భగవంతుని గురించి తెలుసుకుంటే చాలని భావించేవాళ్ళు మనలో చాలా మంది ఉన్నారు. ఇది వారి పొరపాటు భావన. భగవంతుని కలిగి ఉండటం అనేది ఆధ్యాత్మికత యొక్క అసలు విషయం. 

పద్ధతిగా ముందుకు కొనసాగితే, అనుభవాలున్నాయి, మొట్టమొదటి రోజు నుండే పరివర్తన కూడా చోటు చేసుకుంటుంది. అయితే మొదట్లో మన ఊహాత్మక ఆలోచనలతో కలిసిన అనుభవాలుంటాయి,  కానీ ముందుకు సాగుతున్న కొద్దీ, చివరిలో ఎటువంటి అనుభూతి కలుగుతుందంటే, ఇహ దాని తరువాత మరే అనుభవమూ అవసరం ఉండని అనుభూతి కలుగుతుంది. 

సహజ మార్గ పద్ధతిలో గురువు సాధకుడికి ఏర్పడే అవరోధాలను తొలగిస్తూ ఉంటాడు, అలాగే ప్రక్కప్రక్కనే అతనిలో దివ్య ప్రకాశాన్ని కూడా నింపుతూ ఉంటాడు. అదే సాధకుడు తన స్వంతంగా చేసుకుంటే కొన్ని వందల సంవత్సరాలు పడుతుంది, తన శరీరవ్యవస్థను శుద్ధి చేసుకోలేకపోవచ్చు కూడా. మనం ఇక్కడ హృదయంపై ధ్యానిస్తాం, మనం ధ్యాన వస్తువును సాధ్యమైనంత సూక్ష్మంగా ఉంచి ధ్యానిస్తాం. 

మనందరం  ఏర్పరచుకున్న దురభిమానాలు, అభిప్రాయాలు అన్నీ విడిచిపెట్టేసి, తప్పక మోక్షాన్ని  ప్రసాదించే ఈ ధర్మ మార్గంలోకి రావాలని త్రికరణశుద్ధిగా ప్రార్థిస్తున్నాను.
