Master told me the following things to be observed during Bhandara (Spiritual Congregation)
Everyone should respect others.
The question of high and low should not arise.
Nothing should be done which is disliked by others.
One should desist from uncultured behaviour.
One should keep his mind steady.
One should not indulge in unnecessary argumentation and useless criticism. One should ask only relevant questions.
The real purpose of Bhandara is to refresh our memory of the one whose festival is being observed.
There should be no differentiation between the gurus or disciples of other institutions and one's own.

ఆధ్యాత్మిక సమావేశాలకు ఎనిమిది నియమాలు
భండారా (ఆధ్యాత్మిక సమావేశం) జరుగుతున్నప్పుడు అనుసరించవలసినవి కొన్ని విషయాలు మాస్టర్ నాతో చెప్పినవి ఇలా ఉన్నాయి:
ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ఇతరులను గౌరవించాలి.
ఒకరెక్కువ, ఒకరు తక్కువ అనే ప్రశ్నే తలెత్తకూడదు.
ఇతరులకు ఇష్టం లేని పని యేదీ చేయకూడదు.
ప్రవర్తన సంస్కారహీనంగా ఉండకుండా ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ చూసుకోవాలి.
ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ తమ మనస్సును స్థిరంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.
అనవసరమైన వాదనల్లోనూ, పనికిరాని విమర్శలలోనూ తలదూర్చకుండా జాగ్రత్తపడాలి. సంబంధిత ప్రశ్నలు మాత్రమే అడగాలి.
మనం ఎవరి స్మరణలో ఈ ఉత్సవాన్ని జరుపుకుంటున్నామో, వారి స్మృతిని తాజా చేసుకోవాడమే, భండారా యొక్క నిజమైన ప్రయోజనం.
ఇతర గురువుల పట్ల, ఇతర సంస్థల శిష్యుల పట్ల, మనకూ మధ్య ఎటువంటి బేధభావమూ ఉండరాదు.
